Enjoy Today card

Happy New Year everyone. I'm back with a new project and since it's still wintertime I thought the snowflake paper was appropriate for this one. Instead of using a whole new piece of card stock I used an off-cut from a previous project and worked up from there. This clean and simple card came together quite quickly and can be mass-produced if you want. Take a look at the project below and let me know what you think.

.

Additional supplies: ATG, 3M foam tape, Spellbinders DOM-SEP17,

1. Create a card base from Thick Whisper White card stock to measure 5 ½” x 8 ½” and scored at 4 ¼” to make a top-fold card.

2. Cut a 4” x 5 ¼” piece of Old Olive card stock and adhere to the card base.

3. Cut 2 pieces of the Merry Little Christmas DSP to 1 ¾” x 5” (2 different patterns) and then a strip of Old Olive card stock to measure ½” x 5. Adhere 1 of the DSP strips to the top and one to the bottom leaving a small border around and then place the Old Olive strip over the center.

4. I used the off-cut of a die cut (Spellbinders DOM-SEP17) for the first layer and then die cut a Whisper White Circle using the Layering Circles framelits. Stamp the circle image onto the Whisper White circle and adhere to the first layer.

5. Die-cut the decorative circle from the Eastern Medallions thinlits dies and stamp a sentiment from the Eastern Beauty stamp set using Memento Tuxedo black ink. Pop the decorative circle up with a piece of foam tape and adhere to the center of the Whisper White circle.

6. Place gold sequins (4) around the white card stock circle using Fine-tip glue pen.

Finish off the inside of the card with a personal message.

I hope you have enjoyed today's project and will check back often for more inspiration. Thank you for visiting.

I stamped the stocking and the sentiment using Cherry Cobbler ink and then stamped the snowflakes with VersaMark ink and heat set with some silver embossing powder. I love how this card came out and more inspiration is on the way. Take a look at the project below and please let me know what you think. Supplies used: . I also popped up the focal image using Scotch 3M Foam tape. I hope you have enjoyed today's project and will check back often for more inspiration. Thank you for visiting.

Graceful Garden friendship card

The colors I used will be retiring soon so if you like them go and grab then while you can. I hope you'll take a look at the project below and let me know what you think. Supplies:
