Season's Greetings

Today's project was inspired by a card seen on YouTube by Linda Bauwin.  I love the idea of not always making a standard card and this fit the bill. The card base is Lost Lagoon and there was only one stamp set and one DSP paper pack used.  This was a pretty simple card to put together and I hope you enjoy. Instructions: Cut a piece of Lost Lagoon to 4 ¼” x 8 ½” and score at 3” Cut a piece of Whisper White cardstock to 3”x 8” and score at 4” Take a piece of DSP from All is Calm , cut at 2 ¾” x 3 ¾” and adhere to Whisper White piece. Using Letterpress Winter stamp set, stamp Season’s Greetings in Lost Lagoon ink onto the DSP. Cut a different piece of DSP from the same paper pack to 2 ¾” x 4” and adhere to right Lost Lagoon panel. Stamp small snowflake from Letterpress Winter onto Lost Lagoon card stock using Lost Lagoon ink.   Next stamp medium snowflake on inside panel on the right side. I punched a tree out using the Tree punch and popped it up with dim

True Friend card

So, it's amazing to have such good friends and then to find the right stamp to send them a card of thanks.  I enjoyed making this card for a friend who's been helping me out when I have to take care of my husband, who is still fighting the fight against cancer.  Thank goodness I have such good friends.  Take a look at the card I created.  To order Stampin' Up products visit http://www.stampinup.net/esuite/home/creativemeasures  I hope you have enjoyed this project and please check back often for inspiration.
