With Sympathy- card

Hello and welcome to the post for today. I have had to create another Sympathy card and for some reason I always gravitate towards soft brown colors for these types of cards. I used the Hero Arts Clings Antique Writing background stamp https://www.pinterest.com/pin/359091770260685212/  and also the Hero Arts "With Sympathy" stamp set (retired) for the sentiment. A little sponging and a little gold thread brings this card together. I created an A2 card base from SU Tip Top Taupe card stock.  I cut a panel of SU Basic Black card stock and adhered it to the card front.   I then cut a slightly smaller panel of Very Vanilla card stock, inked the edges and used the background stamp and Tip Top Taupe ink to stamp the image on this panel. I stamped the sentiment on a scrap of Tip Top Taupe card stock using Memento Tuxedo black ink, sponged the edges and then cut it down.  Using some Gold Metallic thread, I made a messy nest and then adhered the sentiment over the top of it.
