Happy Mother's Day to all the Mother's out there and I hope you have been enjoying your special day as much as I have. Today I have a birthday card for you that is part of a group color challenge that I am in to use Melon Mambo, Crushed Curry and Pool Party. This is not a color combo I would normally put together but started out with the DSP for this card made it a little easier to come up with an idea. So take a look at the project below and let me know what you think. Built for Free Using: My Stampin Blog 1.    Start with a 5” x 4 ¼” card base of Crushed Curry cardstock.   2.        Cut a piece of Melon Mambo cardstock to 4 ¾” x 4”   3.        Cut a piece of Flashback DSP to 4 ½” x 3 ¾” and adhere to the Melon Mambo panel.   4.        Cut a piece of Melon Mambo cardstock using the #2 Deco label and then cut the #1 Deco label  from Whisper White cardstock. One Sheet Wonder Series #1

I saw a video on YouTube about stamping your own background and then cutting it up into pieces to make 8 to 10 card fronts. I chose the Flower Patch stamp set. Start off by choosing your cardstock- mine is Very Vanilla Core'dinations paper for a little texture. Then I took the large flower from the stamp set and started stamping randomly all over the paper. The next stamp was inked with Hello Honey ink and filled in the white space. The final image used was done in Mossy Meadow ink for the leaves. Now here are all of the pieces you get: Here's the first card made with this One Sheet Wonder. Additional supplies used: ATG tape runner, VersaMark ink and a heat tool. Thinking of You

Welcome to today's post. The card for today features retiring stamp set, DSP, and framelits. This is a clean and simple card with few embellishments but much impact. Take a look below and let me know what you think. Started with a standard cardbase of Gumball Green cardstock, took a 1/4" smaller piece of Summer Starfruit cardstock and ran it through the Decorative Dots embossing folder using the Big Shot machine. Adhered the Summer Starfruit panel to the cardbase. Cut a strip of the Watercolor Wonder DSP and sponged the edges with Island Indingo ink. Using mini glue dots adhered DSP to the left side of the Summer Starfruit panel. Very Vanilla cardstock was used to die cut the sentiment using the Window Frames framelits, then popped up with dimensionals and centered on the front of the card. Built for Free Using: My Stampin Blog Additional supplies: Watercolor Wonder DSP (discontinued but available in Digital format) and ATG tape runner. I hope you have enjoyed t
