High Tide- Father's Day card

Hello and welcome to today's post where I will be sharing a masculine card. I know some of us struggle to make projects without the frills and bling but I think this card could be given to any of the men in our lives. I love the blue and yellow combination and just a little bling with the silver enamel shapes. I also did a little sponging around the focal panel to bring in a little more interest. Take a look at the project below and let me know what you think.

Aditional supplies: ATG tape runner, Scotch 3M foam tape and clear blocks

1. Create a card base from Dapper Denim card stock to measures 4 ¼” x 11” and score at 5 ½”.

2. Cut a piece of the DSP to measure 4” x 5 ¼” and adhere to the card front.

3. Using the opposite side of the DSP cut a 2” x 3 11/16” piece using the paper trimmer and then cut a slightly smaller piece of Very Vanilla card stock. Stamp your images on the Very Vanilla piece, sponge the edges and then adhere to the DSP piece. Pop the focal image up with foam tape.

4. Cut a scrap of Dapper Denim card stock to measure 1 ½” x 3 ½”. Adhere to the card front and then place the popped up focal image on top of that. Place 3 silver enamel shapes to the right of the focal panel.

For the inside of the card I stamped the Happy Fathers day from Guy Greetings stamp set.

I hope you have enjoyed today's project and will check back often for more inspiration. Thank you for visiting.

I stamped the stocking and the sentiment using Cherry Cobbler ink and then stamped the snowflakes with VersaMark ink and heat set with some silver embossing powder. Graceful Garden friendship card

Here's my second card for the weekend. I just can't stop with the butterflies and I wanted to feature the ink colors in a clean and simple card. Sequins just had to be added for a little sparkle. The colors I used will be retiring soon so if you like them go and grab then while you can. I hope you'll take a look at the project below and let me know what you think. Supplies:
