Enjoy your special day

In honor of Throwback Thursday, I have used an old Stampin' Up Sale-A-Bration stamp set and I thought it had the perfect image to use on a Mother's Day card. I loved the image so much that I had to stamp it three times. I used soft ink colors and a DSP that added to the flower theme. The sentiment and flower were colored in Sweet Sugarplum ink, the leaves in Emerald Envy and the butterfly outline was stamped with Smoky Slate ink. Take a look at the project below and let me know what you think.

Additional supplies: ATG tape runner, Scotch 3M foam tape, clear blocks

Card Recipe:

Card Base: 4 ¼ x 5 1/2
Layer : 4 x 5 ¼
Panel : 1 3/8” x 2 7/8”
Panel: 1 ¼” x 2 13/16”
Panel : 2 9/16” x ½”

For the inside of the card I stamped Happy Mother’s Day using Memento Tuxedo black ink.

I hope you have enjoyed today's project and will check back often for more inspiration. Thank you for visiting.
