Christmas Blessings card

Happy Sunday. I know it's been about a week since I've posted but I've been a bit under the weather and sometimes you're just not up to being creative when you're not feeling well, so I apologize for that. I do have a Christmas card I would like to share with you today and it using some of the new items that will be coming in the 2016 Holiday catalog beginning September 1st. I have pine cones all over my yard at home and I just love taking photos of them each year so when I saw this stamp set I knew I had to have it.
Take a look at the project below and let me know what you think.

.

Supplies:
.

1. Create a card base from Old Olive card stock that is 5 ½” x 8 ½” and score at 4 ¼””.

2. Cut a panel of the Whisper White cardstock and also a slightly smaller piece of the DSP and adhere to the card base.

3. Stamp the pine cones, holly and berries using Whisper White card stock and ink of choice and then die cut using die cutting machine. Coat the pine cones with Wink of stella.

4. Die cut the leaves and arrange on the front of the DSP that is on the front of the card and place glue dots behind pine cones and adhere to the leaves. Using the fine-tip glue pen arrange berries on top of the holly and then adhere to the center of the pine cones using a glue dot.

5. Stamp the sentiment inside the frame and then fussy-cut. Pop up the frame on dimensional and adhere to the top center of the card.

For the inside of the card:

1. Cut a piece of Whisper White card stock to 4” x 5 ¼”.

2. Stamp leaves in Cherry Cobbler ink and then the sentiment in Old Olive ink.

3. Take another holy leaf with berries attached and adhere to one of the leaves.

I hope you have enjoyed today's project and will check back often for more inspiration. Thank you for visiting.

Hang Your Stocking Christmas card 7-28-19

Hello crafters and welcome to some Christmas inspiration on the blog today. I am in the process of using up my stash and making as many cards as possible before the hustle bustle of the season begins. The card for today features the Hang Your Stocking stamp set and Festive Farmhouse DSP (designer series paper). I stamped the stocking and the sentiment using Cherry Cobbler ink and then stamped the snowflakes with VersaMark ink and heat set with some silver embossing powder. I love how this card came out and more inspiration is on the way. Take a look at the project below and please let me know what you think. Supplies used: . I also popped up the focal image using Scotch 3M Foam tape. I hope you have enjoyed today's project and will check back often for more inspiration. Thank you for visiting.

Graceful Garden friendship card

Here's my second card for the weekend. I just can't stop with the butterflies and I wanted to feature the ink colors in a clean and simple card. Sequins just had to be added for a little sparkle. The colors I used will be retiring soon so if you like them go and grab then while you can. I hope you'll take a look at the project below and let me know what you think. Supplies:

Happy Valentine's Day

Hello and welcome to the first Valentine's card I have created for this year. I had to switch card making mode after making so many Christmas cards. This one was hard for me to finish off after having all of the elements cut and had some help coming up with the finishing touches like the sentiment placement and heart sequins. All of the papers used are Stampin' Up as well as the heart sequins. I really like how this one turned out and hope you will as well.
