Hello and welcome to today’s project using another sketch from Sketches in Thyme. This was the perfect sketch (#208) to use with the photos I had.
For my layout, I started with a sheet of white Recollections card stock and then mounted a piece of yellow paper, from my stash, on top. Using the SU Gorgeous Grunge (#130517) stamp set, I created the splatters with Dapper Denim and Cucumber Crush (#141394) inks.
The photos I used are of my son Michael in a bathtub as a baby so I chose to use the Baby Mine Boy collection kit (#648691) by Carina Gardner / Carta Bella. The tag used was from the $1 bin at Michaels and the yellow balls are a new to me product called So Suzy Skittles (Sunshine Yellow) from So Suzy Stamps. They were simply adhered to the layout using mini glue dots.
In the upper left corner the circular element was created using the largest Swirly Scribbles Thinlits dies (#141497) from Stampin’ Up and it was adhered to the background using the Fine-Tip Glue pen (#138309).
Finally, the title, which I have been holding on to for 3 ½ years, is from a 3D sticker pack from Paper House and it goes so well with the photos. Take a look at the project below and let me know what you think.
