Birthday Wishes card

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!! Ok, ok, I'm a couple of days early but I'm so excited for the new year and ready to get back to crafting. I hope everyone enjoyed their Holiday and spending time with family and friends. I've been away from my crafting table while preparing for the Holidays and today I want to share with you what I have created. I have a birthday card for this post and thankful I'm not under pressure to get things done today. Take a look at the project below and know that some of the Stampin' Up products may be on the clearance rack (get them while you can) and some may be on the retiring list (get them while you can). There are some additional products used on this one that will be listed below.

1. Cut a piece of Thick Whisper White card stock to 5 ½” x 8 ½” and score at 4 ¼”.

2. Cut a piece of DSP to 4” x 5 ¼”, ink the edges with Bermuda Bay ink and then adhere to the card front.

3. Cut a piece of Bermuda Bay cardstock to 3 ¼” x 4 ½” and then a coordinating piece of DSP to 3” x 4 ¼”.
Ink the edges of the DSP with the Bermuda Bay ink and then adhere the panel to the card stock panel. Pop this panel up on foam tape and adhere to the center of the card front.

4. Next, run the Birthday Whishes sentiment die through the die cutting machine using a piece of Whisper White card stock that has a piece of adhesive sheet adhered to the back of it.
Then, die cut a piece of Bermuda Bay card stock from a circle die with adhesive sheet adhered to the back of it. Adhere the two pieces together and set aside.

5. I hand-cut a bow from another of the coordinating papers and stuck it to the right of the Birthday Wishes sentiment and then adhered the whole thing to the card front as shown.

6. To finish off the card I placed 3 blue buttons in the bottom left corner using glue dots.

I hope you have enjoyed today's project and will check back often for more inspiration. Thank you for visiting.

Hang Your Stocking Christmas card 7-28-19

Hello crafters and welcome to some Christmas inspiration on the blog today. I am in the process of using up my stash and making as many cards as possible before the hustle bustle of the season begins. The card for today features the Hang Your Stocking stamp set and Festive Farmhouse DSP (designer series paper). I stamped the stocking and the sentiment using Cherry Cobbler ink and then stamped the snowflakes with VersaMark ink and heat set with some silver embossing powder. I love how this card came out and more inspiration is on the way. Take a look at the project below and please let me know what you think. Supplies used: . I also popped up the focal image using Scotch 3M Foam tape. I hope you have enjoyed today's project and will check back often for more inspiration. Thank you for visiting.

Here's my second card for the weekend. I just can't stop with the butterflies and I wanted to feature the ink colors in a clean and simple card. Sequins just had to be added for a little sparkle. The colors I used will be retiring soon so if you like them go and grab then while you can. I hope you'll take a look at the project below and let me know what you think. Supplies:
