Celebrate Today- Happy Birthday #5

Today's card is more on the masculine side with blues and greens. I know we all have more difficulty with cards for the guys in our lives but this one is pretty simple.  Take a look below and let me know what you think.

Start off with a 5"x5" piece of Bermuda Bay card stock and fold in half to create the card base and then line up the scalloped square framelit just above the top edge of the card stock so as not to cut through it. Run this piece through the Big Shot ( any die cutting machine you have). You should have a scalloped edge on three sides and the top should open/close smoothly. Take the 3rd square framelit from the top and a piece of the Designer Series paper and run that through the Big Shot. Take a 1" strip of coordinating Designer Series paper and adhere to the middle of the square piece. Pop this panel up with dimensionals and adhere to the front of the card. Stamp the balloon on a piece of Whisper White card stock in Bermuda Bay ink and the word birthday (from the same stamp set) in Jet Black StazOn and the die cut with matching framelit on the Big Shot machine. Pop the balloon on dimensionals and place in the top right corner and then position some sequins coming down as a tail for the balloon.
For the inside of the card I took another square of the same Designer Series paper from the front and a smaller piece of Whisper White card stock (sponged with Bermuda Bay ink) and adhered the two together, then adhered to the inside of the card.

Hang Your Stocking Christmas card 7-28-19

Hello crafters and welcome to some Christmas inspiration on the blog today. I am in the process of using up my stash and making as many cards as possible before the hustle bustle of the season begins. The card for today features the Hang Your Stocking stamp set and Festive Farmhouse DSP (designer series paper). I stamped the stocking and the sentiment using Cherry Cobbler ink and then stamped the snowflakes with VersaMark ink and heat set with some silver embossing powder. I love how this card came out and more inspiration is on the way. Take a look at the project below and please let me know what you think. Supplies used: . I also popped up the focal image using Scotch 3M Foam tape. I hope you have enjoyed today's project and will check back often for more inspiration. Thank you for visiting.

Graceful Garden friendship card

Here's my second card for the weekend. I just can't stop with the butterflies and I wanted to feature the ink colors in a clean and simple card. Sequins just had to be added for a little sparkle. The colors I used will be retiring soon so if you like them go and grab then while you can. I hope you'll take a look at the project below and let me know what you think. Supplies:
